Kriebean
Description
These small, but grumpy crytures served as the The Verdant King's eyes, ears, and hands throughout the Vivid Vale. Humans who failed to respect flowering things in the vale could easily draw the wrath of a squad of angry Kriebeans. When they're not on the march, Kriebeans spend their time pollinating flowers with their spears or pruning young plants; a behavior that earned them the nickname, "the King's gardeners," when The Verdant King was still unbound. Now, they serve as companions to initiates of the The Viridian Order, and other members of Duke Arthur Oakthorne's court.
Combat
Kriebeans engage in combat with little regard for self preservation. They act as a unit, first and foremost, always seeking to gang up on foes and take advantage of positioning bonuses. Their tactics are not very deep, however, and they usually just engage the first enemy they come within reach of.
