Pegastorm
Description
A Pegastorm watches over a flock of Flyl and Flownies, protecting them from predation while guiding them through storm flights. They spend much of their time in flight, to keep a better eye on the flock and get a bird's eye view of the terrain, making it nearly impossible for danger to sneak up on them. If multiple Pegastorms are part of the same flock, they will likely compete for dominance by racing each other through storm clouds. Unless they are mated pairs, however, the loser will usually leave to find a younger flock if they are unable to overtake the alpha.
Combat
Pegastorms often begin battle by charging directly into the thick of combat, relying on surprise and mobility to defend themselves. They will try to keep the heat off their younger allies as much as possible while hitting as many enemies as they can, to sow disarray and keep them on their toes. If a Pegastorm takes too much damage, they aren't above switching to the tried and true tactic of flying out of reach and attacking with ranged powers.
