Pegastorm
Description
A Pegastorm serves as both protector and guide for its flock of Flyl and Flownies, shielding them from predators while leading them through turbulent storm flights. Its time is largely spent aloft, tirelessly scanning the landscape to ensure that no threat can approach undetected. These crytures are deeply territorial within their flocks, and when two Pegastorms meet, dominance is often determined through dramatic races through thunderclouds. The defeated Pegastorm will usually cede its place, seeking to establish a new flock elsewhere.
Combat
Pegastorms often begin battle by charging directly into the thick of combat, relying on surprise and mobility to defend themselves. They will try to keep the heat off their younger allies as much as possible while hitting as many enemies as they can, to sow disarray and keep them on their toes. If a Pegastorm takes too much damage, they aren't above switching to the tried and true tactic of flying out of reach and attacking with ranged powers.
